Graduates earn 1,037 degrees from Stevenson University


About 26.3 percent of the 1,037 degrees and certificates handed out by Stevenson University in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Stevenson conferred 211 bachelor's degrees and 62 master's degrees in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in registered nursing/registered nurse. Data shows the school gave out 202 bachelor's degrees in registered nursing/registered nurse, followed by 84 bachelor's degrees in general business administration and management and 53 master's degrees in registered nursing/registered nurse.

The university enrolled 3,876 students for 2017-18, including 3,397 in undergraduate programs and 479 in graduate programs.
