Graduates earn 490 degrees, certificates from Maryland University of Integrative Health


About 100 percent of the 490 degrees and certificates handed out by Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Laurel conferred 284 master's degrees and 151 certificates in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a master's degree in "other" dietetics and clinical nutrition services. Data shows the school gave out 113 master's degrees in "other" dietetics and clinical nutrition services, followed by 89 certificates in "other" alternative and complementary medical support services and 69 master's degrees in "other" alternative and complementary medical support services.

The university enrolled 1,183 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in 1183 programs.
