Graduates earn 1,524 degrees, certificates from the University of Baltimore


About 28.6 percent of the 1,524 degrees and certificates handed out by the University of Baltimore in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Baltimore conferred 264 bachelor's degrees and 151 master's degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in general business/commerce. Data shows the school gave out 239 bachelor's degrees in general business/commerce, followed by 204 doctor's degrees in law and 132 master's degrees in general business administration and management.

The university enrolled 5,565 students for 2017-18, including 2,949 in undergraduate programs and 2,616 in graduate programs.
