University of Maryland-College Park, Loyola University Maryland and Stevenson University top the list of highest grossing college outdoor track programs in Maryland in 2016, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of the latest federal data from the U.S. Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education.
